Technical parameters, standards, capacities, materials and acceptable equivalents are established, along with anything that needs clarification from the client.
Manufacturers, authorised distributors, stockists and trading sources are identified in Pakistan and overseas against the confirmed specification.
Offers are compared on specification compliance, origin, condition, lead time, warranty, terms and total landed cost — not on headline price alone.
Purchase terms, inspection requirements, documentation and payment arrangements are coordinated with the selected supplier and confirmed with the client.
Freight, inland transport, customs coordination through authorised providers, and site or warehouse delivery are arranged through to handover.

Global sourcing & trade
Where a requirement cannot be met locally on specification, price or lead time, we approach manufacturers and authorised distributors abroad, coordinate quotations, and compare offers on a like-for-like basis before anything is committed.
Scope statement. Where specialist licences or regulatory services are required, Armzai Group coordinates with relevant authorised service providers.
Armzai Group does not present itself as a licensed customs broker, freight carrier, certification authority, inspection body, or clearing agent. Those services are arranged through appropriately licensed third parties.

In addition to his leadership responsibilities at Armzai Group, Muhammad Riaz Khan serves as Marketing Director at GSS Impex, contributing to international business development, commercial outreach, market coordination, and cross-border trading opportunities.
GSS Impex is an imports, exports, procurement, and general trading organisation based in Karama, Dubai, United Arab Emirates. He has held the role since March 2024.
GSS Impex is a separate external organisation. It is not a subsidiary, division, joint venture, exclusive partner, or Armzai-owned company. The relationship described here is a professional affiliation of Muhammad Riaz Khan.
