What we collect
We collect only what you send us through a form, an email, a phone call or a WhatsApp message. Depending on the form, that may include:
- Name, job title and company
- Email address, mobile or WhatsApp number
- Country and city
- Details of your enquiry, requirement or specification
- Any file you choose to attach
This website does not use tracking cookies, analytics scripts, advertising pixels or social media trackers. Fonts are requested from Google Fonts, which means your browser contacts that service when a page loads.
How we use it
Enquiry details are used to respond to you, prepare quotations, coordinate with suppliers where necessary, and maintain a record of the enquiry. Vendor registration details are used to match your categories against incoming requirements.
We do not sell your details, and we do not use them for unrelated marketing.
Where it goes
Form submissions are transmitted to a third-party form service or backend endpoint configured by Armzai Group. That provider processes the message on our behalf. Where a requirement is sourced from a supplier, only the technical and commercial details needed to obtain a quotation are shared — not your contact details, unless you ask us to introduce you directly.
File uploads
Where a form offers a file upload, the file is transmitted to the configured form endpoint. Until a secure backend with encrypted storage is in place, Armzai Group does not represent uploaded files as securely stored. Do not upload confidential or commercially sensitive documents through this website; email them instead so that transmission and storage can be agreed.
How long we keep it
Enquiry and quotation records are retained for as long as needed for the commercial relationship and for any record-keeping obligation that applies. Vendor registrations are retained until you ask us to remove them.
Your choices
You may ask us what details we hold about you, ask for corrections, or ask us to delete your details, by emailing info@armzaigroup.online. We will respond to reasonable requests.
External links
This website links to external organisations, including GSS Impex and a public property listing. Those sites are operated independently and have their own privacy practices. Armzai Group is not responsible for their content or handling of your data.

This notice will be updated when our forms, providers or practices change. The version in force is the one published on this page.
