Quotations and contracts

Nothing on this website is a binding offer. Submission of an enquiry or RFQ does not create a contractual obligation on either party. Product compliance, pricing, availability, lead time, warranty, origin, inspection, freight, duties, taxes, payment terms, and delivery conditions are established only in a formal written quotation and the resulting purchase contract.

Where a quotation and this website differ, the quotation prevails.

Licences and regulated services

Armzai Group does not present itself as a licensed customs broker, freight carrier, certification authority, inspection body, or clearing agent. Where specialist licences or regulatory services are required, Armzai Group coordinates with relevant authorised service providers.

Incorporation of the registered company is not evidence of tax registration, construction licensing, engineering certification, import-export licensing, customs authority, or government-contractor registration.

Projects and third-party references

Project entries describe Armzai Group’s portfolio. Where a contractual role has not been verified, the page states that expressly rather than assigning a role. References to third-party listings are provided for context only and do not imply endorsement or any commercial relationship with the listing operator.

Professional affiliation

GSS Impex is an external organisation. Muhammad Riaz Khan’s role as its Marketing Director is a professional affiliation. GSS Impex is not a subsidiary, division, joint venture, exclusive partner, or Armzai-owned company, and Armzai Group makes no representation about its services.

Intellectual property

The Armzai Group name, logo, page text, layout and code on this website belong to Armzai Group unless stated otherwise. You may not reproduce them commercially without written permission. Project photography, once published, remains the property of its rights holder.

Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, Armzai Group is not liable for loss arising from reliance on general website content. This does not limit liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, and it does not affect obligations agreed in a signed contract or accepted quotation.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan. Disputes arising from use of this website are subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Rawalpindi and Islamabad, unless a signed contract provides otherwise.
